Our Story

The Monrovia Duarte Black Alumni Association is a non-profit organization founded in 1992. For over 30 years, we have dedicated ourselves to supporting the education and advancement of African American youth in the Monrovia and Duarte communities. Throughout the year, we sponsor events that offer educational opportunities, encourage community engagement, and provide college scholarships for local students.

Our Purpose

We strive to foster unity and solidarity within the community, offer support to peers, and serve as positive role models for youth. The organization establishes scholarship funds for Monrovia and Duarte High School students and honors the memory of alumni who have passed. Contact us today and find out how you can contribute to empowering local students and shaping a brighter future.
